In the United States you must complete at least three years of undergraduate college, then another four years of vet school. You must pass the NAVLE and (usually) a State licensing exam. Also, most veterinarians have federal accreditation and a DEA license.

If you are not old enough to get a job; you can babysit animals, learn about them. You would need as much classes in high school like Biology, animal studies. In college you would need to take a vet class that uses real live animals in their studies.

and you would have to work twice as hard.

The training to become a veterinarian in Canada is very similar to the training required in the United States - you must complete a specified set of pre-requisite college classes then complete a four-year program at an accredited college of veterinary medicine. You will also need to pass at least one licensing exam and receive a license to practice.

How do i become a veterinarian if i have no experience?

This will be somewhat difficult, as part of the requirements for entry into vet school in the United States is to have a large number of hours of experience observing or working with veterinarians to see and understand what they do. You can get this experience by either working for a veterinarian (often as a kennel assistant or a veterinary assistant) or by job shadowing a veterinarian for an extended period of time.

Why did Burrin Turnbulle become a veterinarian?

To the best of my ability to research this, "Burrin Turnbulle" didn't become a veterinarian, or at least was not a famous veterinarian. Therefore, it is almost impossible to figure out what would have motivated this person (if this person existed - I also can't find any mention of this individual) to become a veterinarian.
