Generally, you just need to present your passport and photocopy of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th (if passport is brown), and the last page; photocopy of the page(s) with Immigration stamps (preferably latest); and other valid supporting documents.

General Requirements for Passport Renewal would be:

  • Personal appearance
  • Confirmed appointment with the Department of Foreign Affairs
  • No need to submit a passport size photo
  • Most recent expiring or expired passport
  • Valid picture IDs and supporting documents to prove identity. (Please refer to List of Acceptable IDs and List of Supporting Documents)

And other supporting documents that is needed depending on your status like if you are marries, change of surname, minor, bearing the old green passport and etc. Refer to the Link provided.
