there are no cons on w/c but the pros are great to help injured workers

Pro: you usually get more money and more vacation time. Con: you won't be paid for overtime and can be asked to work as long as it takes to get the project completed.

PROS: You're helping people and making a positive impact. CONS: You can get emotionally drained
