What are the side effects of Concerta? |
[Edit] |
Answer
an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; closing of the throat; swelling of the lips, tongue, or face; or hives); an irregular or fast heartbeat; chest pains or very high blood pressure (blurred vision, severe headache, flushing); unusual behavior or confusion; or liver damage (yellowing of the skin or eyes, nausea, abdominal pain or discomfort, unusual bleeding or bruising, severe fatigue).
Answer
Okay so I take concerta and don't get any of the above symptoms.. they are kindof weird lol.. but my effects are: lack of appetite (especially when I havent taken concerta for a while), inability to sleep if I take concerta too late in the day, less social (i hate this one but its improving), less hyper (i dont have adhd, i have add so this is really annoying).
Basically, it's a good med.. but the worst things are the sleeping thing and the hyper/social thing.. it makes me more mellow and so I dont always feel like me.
