The common side effects you can get from any pamphlet at a pharmacy, but they might not tell you the really rare side effects. It gives me trouble swallowing (only right after I take it), it gives me insomnia if I miss a dose, and it gives me problems with speech. A lot of times I'll accidentally switch the first letter of two words. And I don't think I ever read about anyone else having this, but I swear my sinuses get blocked every single time I take it, which lasts for a couple of hours. The few times I skipped my pills they didn't get blocked.
Also note that Seroquel may cause you to have symptoms similar to Restless Leg Syndrome. If this is the case, then reduce your dose before going to bed only. If you take the pills during the day, you should not have an issue. This gets better over time.
Seroquel may also make you eat more, therefore weight-gain is an issue for a lot of people. Another common side-effect is the feeling of being "half-awake" or a lethargic feeling.
