Side effects of improper use (i.e. snorting, smoking, or ingesting) of bath salts include:

Dizziness and vomiting

Profuse sweating

Agitation and paranoia

Insomnia

Hallucinations

Seizures

Increased heart rate and chest pains

Suicidal thoughts

Panic attacks and psychosis

Death

There are so many articles on the internet warning of the dangers of new "high". These are not normal bath salts (they are also marketed as plant food) and have been designed to act in a manner similar to crack cocaine.

it makes the user very horny, you want to make love to everything you see. it also makes your bumhole very loose and you can not hold in your poo.

^---far from it.

actually it increases your heart rate rapidly. sometimes makes you sweat. hands may become clammy. dry mouth. paranoia. jittery.

if up for a number of days you may experience your body feeling sore. loss of appetite. hallucinations. hearing voices. jittery feel may become more rapid. hard to focus & stay focus. chest pain. dry mouth may get worse. (make sure you stay hydrated not only with water, but also maybe gatorade, mountain dew..sugar intake is necessary also) your tongue may become swollen. sores may develop on sides of tongue.

hope this helps.

I had a personal experience with this stuff and I do not recommend it for any reason whatsoever.

My attitude was that anything that could improve my relationship with my wife would be great. We tried it and found every possible problem under the sun. Yes, horny happened, but many side effects were almost immediately upon both of us. We have been arguing non stop due to my psychotic paranoid episode brought on by this stuff. What's more, I directed my paranoia at her, which blew trust from our relationship. She's the love of my life and I think she's worth

much more than a few hours of sex.

This stuff is DANGEROUS. I went to the hospital. The paranoia lasted a week. I am still very restless at night and find it hard to sleep. My entire family turned on me as this was a breech of their trust in me. You cannot handle this stuff!

Aromatic aphrodisiac my rump. This stuff needs to be banned before any more families are ruined.

The real list: Horny, insomniac, easily agitated, paranoia, rapidly manifesting hallucinations (voices from the attic, people in room at night with you, plotting and planning against your well being), fear, constant fear, insecurity unsurpassed, depression, bipolar in thinking and actions. A very fast track to psychiatric evaluation.

Altoids consist primarily of sugar, with small amounts of flavoring as well as Gelatin to give structure. Snorting Altoids can cause the same problems as snorting any other powder, namely nasal irritation, bleeding, damage to the mucous membranes and even sinus infections. Altoids do not contain stimulants and so will not result in any sort of "high". The sugar base of Altoids will not be absorbed by the tissues inside of the nose, so buildup can cause dangerous blockages. Snorting Altoids is not recommended, even as a recreational drug, as there is no potential benefit but significant risks.

number one: snorting bath salts is not a great thing to do, don't try it again !! number two: it's a healthy thing to sweat so it could be because of exercise or something. number three: defiantly speak to a doctor or someone with experience, it could be more serious than you think !!
