first sign is the entire persona towards you changes until you feel you dont really know to whom your with anymore. it will start off small then gradually increase but by that point you too would have already have broken up and you'll be in love with a shadow of what they once were. so if you notice a small persona change, espically towards you, like new music, clothing style, etc (which are signs that she hanging with a new crowd, likes someone else, plainly trying disinterest you) then you may want to start paying more attention to whats going on with your relationship and not blow it off, if you want to save the relationship.

First off when your around him does he go out of his way to talk to you or to include you into a conversation, if he doesn't don't panic yet. He might be trying to play the cool card and not want to show he's interested in you until you show your interest in him. Also see how he replies in texts/ MSN or facebook chats, if it takes him a long time to reply or he only answers in one word he probably doesn't want to talk and might think you're annoying if you keep trying to keep the convo going. Usually women have a tendency to be less than subtle about the intensity of their feelings in a relationship. So naturally your girlfriend has given you reason to believe that she has lost interest in you and you're asking this question. I am assuming you do not want to bring this up with the girlfriend. Unfortunately, this is not what I would suggest and I think you should talk to her and see what is up. If she has just had a lot on her mind and feels that you haven't been paying attention, she has probably just been spending time with her friends to cope, and you're here thinking she has lost interest. And if she really has lost interest in you, at least you'll be sure and can start doing something about it with her help.

Either way, communication is the only real solution.
