It slows the progression of aggressive cancer, it causes your body to take in more oxygen and transport it throughout your body faster via increased heart rate and slow respiration. It is an antidepressant, it helps to relieve pain, gets rid of nausea and many other health related things that man made medications don't do as we'll and have bad side effects as opposed to marijuana which has no long term negative effects.
