What are the standard harbor procedures for inland vessels?

Answer

Normally, the harbor is a no wake zone. No fishing, swimming, cleaning your hull, or despensing gas from cans over the water. Clear the launch ramp / dock as soon as you can. Normal navigation rules apply. Check with the marina office for harbor specific rules.
