QUICK AND EASY YEAST ROLLS 1 pkg. Rapid Rise yeast

3/4 c. warm water (105 to 115 degrees)

1/2 tsp. salt

2 1/2 to 2 3/4 c. flour

2 tbsp. sugar

2 tbsp. oil

1 egg

butter, softened Dissolve yeast in water in a bowl. Add sugar, oil, salt and egg. Stir to dissolve sugar and salt. Stir in 1 cup flour until smooth. Cover with cloth and place on rack over bowl of hot water in the oven after turning on warm for about a minute. Let rise 15 minutes. Grease square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inch. Stir down batter and add 1 1/2 cups flour. Stir until mixed, 3 minutes. If sticky, knead in 1/4 cup flour. Divide dough into 16 balls. Cover with cloth and place on rack over bowl of hot water for 25 minutes. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Brush tops with butter and serve warm.

ONE HOUR YEAST ROLLS 1 pkg. dry yeast

3 tbsp. sugar

4 tbsp. Wesson oil

1 1/2 c. warm water Combine in large bowl. Add enough all-purpose flour to make wet dough. Roll out into small rolls. Place on baking sheet. Let rise 1 hour. Brush with butter and bake in 425 degree oven until brown, approximately 20 minutes.

If you need a great after school or afternoon snack for you and your kids, then this is an excellent recipe that requires very little experience and time. Your kids will be begging you to make these because they are so tasty!!!

Step 1

Open the can of rolls and lay each triangle shaped piece of dough out. Preheat the oven to 350*F.

Step 2

Take the pepperonis and carefully slice the circular slices into quarters. You need about 15 pepperonis for an entire batch of rolls.

Step 3

Sprinkle the Italian seasoning onto the crescent roll triangle dough. Now add a spoonful of mozzarella cheese to each roll. Next, add a few quarters of pepperoni to the rolls.

Step 4

Carefully roll each triangular piece of dough starting with the bottom edge of the triangle.

Step 5

Place rolls on a cookie sheet that is covered with a sheet of parchment paper making sure that the tip of the triangle is on top of the roll.

Step 6

Bake until rolls are a light golden color and enjoy!!! Your kids will be eating these Pizza rolls before you can even place them on the kitchen table!

Things You'll Need:
  • can of refrigerator crescent rolls
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Italian seasoning
  • sliced pepperoni
1 roll frozen yeast bread dough

1 pkg. pepperoni

1 jar pizza sauce

1/2 lb. ground beef

1 med. bell pepper

1 sm. onion

1 c. grated cheddar cheese

1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Optional mushrooms, olives, jalapeno peppers

Thaw dough, cut in half (makes two). Roll dough using flour, 12 inch square. Cook ground beef, drain off fat. Add onion chopped pepper. Heat until these are tender. Spread 1/2 cup pizza sauce onto dough, add meat mixture. Place pepperoni on top of meat, spread grated cheeses. Fold dough over and lap sides, dampen fingertips and run over edges. Place roll on greased cookie sheet or pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees, fill golden brown.
