What are the steps to becoming an anesthesiologist?

I am very much interesting in becoming an anesthesiologist not a tech. I currently have bachelors in science of occupational therapy. I have been practicing as an OTR/L since 2005. Now I have become most interesting in the above career. Can you HELP get me started?
