What constitutes a strength or a weakness is subject to criteria (i.e.) you have to hold some standard to determine it). Nothing is purely free, so every action has some sort of cost, or consequence....
The strength is that it is peer reviewed and subject to many tests to be as objective as possible.

Since Hermes was a messenger God. He was able to go to the underworld and anywhere else where other Gods or Goddesses could not. His weakness was having a poor and drama queen like attitude.
