Lesser omentum- hepatic artery, portal vein and parts of the bile duct system
Greater Omentum- Gastrocolic ligament to transverse colon, gastrosplenic ligament to spleen, gastrophrenic ligament to thoracic diaphragm and splenorenal ligament (from left kidney to spleen)
