I'm not quite the expert on secretaries but i suggest:
- a laptop (if you have one, DO NOT go and but one just for this job)
- a phone (but I'm sure you'll be provided with one)
- a phone book
- a map of the building ( if someone asks you for directions, which the defiantly will)
- a stapler w/ extra staples
- paper clips (colored or shaped so i can look cool)
- note pad
those are the stuff I personally think you should have as a secretary
