Answer:

Shell: The shell (usually a scallop or cockle shell) with three water drops is a symbol of baptism generally, and especially of the baptism of Christ. The three droplets remind us of the Trinity - Father, Son and Holy Spirit - into which Christians are baptized. The shell alone may also be used as a symbol for pilgrimage, and may be used as an emblem for saints known for their travels (such as St. James) or whose shrines have become destinations for pilgrims.

Candle: Jesus is called the light of the world. A lighted candle may be given to the baptismal candidate at the end of the service as a reminder of the light that has come into their life.

the sign of the cross - this will be made on the forehead of the baptismal candidates. It is like an invisible badge to show that Christians are united with Christ and must not be afraid to stand up for him.

water - this will be poured over the head of the baptism candidates. it is a sign of being washed clean from sin and beginning a new life with God.

anointing - the minister may anoint the baptism candidate with oil as a sign of the outpouring of God's Holy Spirit
I think there are no symbols of baptism.

fire or Dove: symbolized the Holy Spirit coming down upon the persons being baptised.

Answer

But baptism is a symbol of being born again. Going under the water symbolises death and coming up out of the water symbolises rebirth or newness in Christ
We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the father, we too might walk in newness of life. Rom 6:4.

Water baptism is an act that demonstrates the death & resurrection of Jesus Christ. It shows one's belief in the fact that Christ came to die on the cross to cleanse us from all unrighteousness, that we might be seen as righteous in the sight of God. It is a step a Christian should take.
