Diabetes is actually a long process. At first, when the pancreas begins to ware out, you start to feel sick, probably like a common cold. However, over time, you start to feel an incredible thirst that can never be quenched. Which in turn, you start to have frequent urination. And I mean like every hour. You can start to feel irritable, and tired all of the time. You can either lose a drastic amount of weight, or gain it. By the time you need to go to the hospital, you don't want to move, you feel nauseated, and your appetite is pretty much nonexistent. If you have shown some of these symptoms, it is important that you have it checked out immediately. If you wait to long, and your blood count becomes too high, you could go into a diabetic coma.
