I have just been treated for a staph infection that i got on my tattoo. It became very red and swollen and it is on my leg and hurt severely to walk. It also began to puss in certain areas which is what the doctor took a culture of.

If you have any suspicion you should see a doctor immediately. I was very lucky I went to see the doctor when i did so I could start on antibiotics right away.

Better to be safe.
