Hi my name is Elizabeth and i had an infection after my tubes were tied. My symptoms were a very bad fever and shaking all over, i got released and one day later were my stitches were open in one spot it leeked with infection all over. The presure was gone when it leeked out. I did feel a lot better after. And i just let it heal after that. keep it clean and use salean water to clean it.

∙ 14y agoThe symptoms of pregnancy after tubal ligation are the same as any pregnancy, nausea, fatigue, morning sickness, breast tenderness, and missed period.
Unless you are referring to a tubal pregnancy which will cause you to have a positive pregnancy test and the same symptoms as a normal pregnancy; but the embryo forming in the fallopian tube which will cause some discomfort in one side of the lower abdomen, cramping spotting, and dizziness or a lightheaded feeling. If you have these and also start to notice increasing abdominal pain while having a BM, or increase spotting to light bleeding these symptoms are serious and need to be reported to your doctor.
If not discovered before the tube ruptures the symptoms include severe, sharp, or sudden pain
which can be accompanied by vaginal bleeding. This is a life threatening situation and requires immediate surgery to remove the tissue and repair the damage. Blood loss and pain will quickly lead to shock.
