According to the USGS the three mountain ranges in Oklahoma are, Arbuckles, Kiamichis, and the Wichita. The Black Messa is the heighest point in OK @ 5,250 ft above sea level but is not a mountain and is not in a mountain range. The Ouachitas is a national forest.
