What are the small round bright red blotches that appear on your face and they don't itch and are beneath the skin?

My dermatologist called these "Cherry Angiomas", and said that they are hereditary. They are most often found on the torso and the neck, but can be all over the body. Sun exposure can make them worse. These can be removed by a dermatologist using argon laser therapy. I had lots of them removed in only one session. As symptoms are provided Cherry Angiomas seem most approperiate to fit in these symptoms but there are some type of rashes or acne which are seems quite like Cherry Angiomas. These are all similar red spots on like skin this and it is a possibility of missdiagnosis. So be careful about such conditions.

Rosacea is the first thing that comes to mind. Although, if you have been coughing or vomiting, they could very well just been broken blood vessels which should disappear within a few days.

my daughter has rash of brown spots on her arms, back, chest, abdomen and upper leggs..they do not hurt...just there..looks likes spots all over her

This is a known as a bug bed bite unfortunately. Wash all your bedsheets and pillows you get these spots from vacumn cleaners so buy some vacumn bags. they r horrble had them before erghhh!!!
