There are no titles, everyone is referred to as Brother or Sister. Jesus said all are equal, no man is above another. Elders & Ministerial Servants are just positions of service, to serve & teach others, in harmony with scriptural requirements. Elders and Ministerial Servants also do not wear distinguishable clothing to elevate themselves above others in the congregation. They are also not paid for their service. All congregational work done by Jehovah's Witnesses, including the elders and ministerial servants is voluntary. They support themselves by secular means so as not to be a financial burden to the members of the congregation.
