I dont think any school will offer masters for undergraduates.First, you have to complete the bachelors degree. then go for a masters.
Some masters courses ask for practical experience as well (after qualifying).

Columbia and Harvard both offer exellent Architectural programs. Talliesin is also greatly regarded. It was established by Frank Lloyd Wright and has an excellent reputation.

Eastern Michigan University offers a Masters in CAE (Computer Aided Engineering). Their website says it was formally known as the MS in CAD/CAM. I seen maybe 1 or 2 other schools offering a MS in CAE from my online search.
