In 1986 it became the SJ413. It went from a 1.0 to a 1.3 liter engine and a host of other changes and safety devices to allow for import into the U.S.
if you mean a white coil that is on the (+) coil from battery (soory if i make mistakes my English are not so good) i have replace it (it works as fuse and cut when the (+) cable from alternator meet the chassis) with a 80Amps fuse

If it is like my '86 Samurai there is no starter relay. It uses a starter solenoid on the top of the starter to pass battery to starter motor when the solenoid is activated via the key switch.
