How can you ride a ride at Walt Disney World twice without waiting in line all over again?

Some attractions have huge capacity � almost more than the holding area. Don�t wait in line for attractions with huge capacity, like the Liberty Belle Riverboat. You can arrive at the last minute and still get on. You�ll almost never have to wait for these rides and shows if you show up at the very last minute. When the line is short, just walk on. When you get to the attraction, ask the cast member how long until the attraction starts boarding or admitting guests. If it�s more than 15 minutes, take a rest room or snack break and come back. Be sure you have time to finish your snack, because you won�t be able to take it in with you. Here�s a list: At the Magic Kingdom, in Liberty Square: The Hall of Presidents, Liberty Belle Riverboat. At Epcot: The Circle of Life and Food Rocks(except during mealtimes). Also, at the World Showcase: Reflections of China, The American Adventure and O Canada! At Disney MGM Studios, Sounds Dangerous and Backlot Tour At the Animal Kingdom, Flights of Wonder. Keep an eye out for rides that load continually (they keep loading people without stopping, except when they temporarily stop the ride to load a handicapped person). For example, in the Magic Kingdom, the Tomorrowland Transit Authority (a.k.a. TTA; formerly known at the WEDWay People Mover), rarely has a wait. In EPCOT, Spaceship Earth loads the same way; although the lines can get a bit long in the morning, if you wait until afternoon or evening you could very well walk right on. There are many other examples, also; again, just keep an eye out! Also, at Epcot, Journey into Imagination with Figment never has any wait time, and it will cool you off from the heat too!

There are two ways. The first is, enter the park 30-45 minutes before official opening time (or on an early admission day for resort guests) and go directly to your ride. After you finish the ride, if there are few people in line, the cast members will let you ride again. This works best during Disney' slowest season, on weekdays.

The second way involves two adults and one child who LOVES the Mad Tea Party, Dumbo or another ride with traditionally long lines. Mom and Junior get in line to ride Dumbo. Dad lets at least 24 people in line in front of him, then gets in line. When Mom & Junior exit, Junior joins Dad in line and gets on the next circuit of the ride. If Junior is REALLY crazy about Dumbo, Mom can let 24 people go in front of her before getting in line, and Junior can ride again.

How many people to let in front of you depends on the rides capacity. Here's a list of rides this 'double dipping' strategy will work on, and the ride capacity:

Take advantage of Fast Pass. If a member of your party doesn't want to ride, use their admission ticket (they must be in the park) to get two passes .. wait for the time, and use them.

There used to be a way to get more than one Fast Pass by pressing a button on the back of the Fast Pass kiosk but now you need a key.

Try the adult switch pass. When you're in line, ask for one from the attendant. It's essentially a FastPass on steroids. Allows you and 3 others to go through FastPass lane whenever you want - no times off limits. Obviously you should have children to warrant asking for one.

It is also worth looking into separately ticketed events like Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween or Very Merry Christmas Party. Because the park is only open to those with special tickets, it is much less crowded. You can usually walk right through the lines, even on the most popular rides.

The waiting line for WDW rides varies. The most popular season is around spring break (March-April), so most rides will be at least 20 minutes long. But the larger more thrilling rides will be an hour long, up to two and a half hours long. Take good use of the Fastpass, single rider, and extra magic hours options. They will be the way to skip a 120 minute wait, in less than 30. If you can't get a Fastpass for a certain ride, have one parent or member from your party jump in a long line, while you and your party go on rides with a shorter wait time. And when your party member waiting in line is near to the station, ask an employee if you may go to your party member. Other ways to skip the line is actually waiting in the line itself. Certain rides such as Space Mountain and The Many Adventures of Winnie the pooh have games and small activities for impatient children to play with while in line.
