Bumps on the "Roof" Of your mouth, huh? It could just be the skin crinkling, or it could be sores, do they hurt? if they do hurt you should go a doctor, if you can't afford a doctor ask your friends and family, if your a kid and your parents don't know, ask a anatomy teacher! explain you can't afford a doctor, or they might just tell you to go to one.
Canker sores are some of the most common causes of white bumps under the tongue. Others are:
hepatitis C and hepatitis B infection, allergens from foods and other materials, flu vaccines, high blood pressure, arthritis, certain Heart diseases as well as habits like biting the cheeks and tongue.
I think that's probably strep throat
herpes or yeast on your tongue

On Tongue
It depends on what they are.
If they are the same color as your tongue, YES. If they are white, NO.
The two small bumps at the back of the mouth in the tonsil area are called hamulii. They are not actually on the tongue, they are located in the corners of the soft palate.
My son has the same white bumps on his tongue. Two, one on the tip and one slightly under the tongue. They are quite normal and in most children will go away as they grow. Some do not, but are not harmful. If they continue to grow larger, seek treatment. Unfortunately, I can not remember what the Doctor called them. My son's bumps are about the size of small rice krispies. I was told to monitor them and to seek treatment only if they start to enlarge in size.
Consult a physician.
