Most likely crab louse or bedbug nymphs-they start out almost totally devoid of any color and redden as they grow to adult stage and usually hitchhike on luggage items, but get an id as they may be in your home.
Not sure what u mean they are on. If you are seeing them on flowers or roses or some other plant then they are prolly aphids. can be treated with pesticides you would get from wal-mart.
