What are two factors that influence the weather in Ohio?

Answer:
A major factor is the tilting of the Earth on its axis which will affect the season and ultimately the overall weather.

Another factor is wind currents which will affect where clouds will settle.

Also for northern Ohio a north wind off the lake in the spring can affect the weather as well. It can spin up tornado's due to the variation of different winds. (When storms come through). Also if it 70 in Findlay, OH in Sandusky, OH it may only be in the 40's due to the lake being colder early in the season. That usually last only until mid May then the lake temperatures rise into the 70's and will have no effect on the weather. Warmer lake in the winter mean lake effect snow as well.
