i-tunes is completely legal, and you might be able to download songs from windows media player. DON'T be fooled by limewire's 100% legal thing. Buying limewire pro is JUST AS ILLEGAL too. As a basic rule, sites when you pay for each song individually are more likely to be legal, but not always. I use i-tunes. It is really good, music is very cheap but it's perfectly legal!
