People who suffer from regular constipation have white bumps on their tongue. These white bumps are actually sores that develop over a period of time due to a weak digestive system. When the stools are not regularly passed or if the bowel movements are very difficult, it causes the body to heat up. Once body gets heated up, it results in soreness of the mouth and tongue eventually resulting in white bumps. This problem automatically vanishes when the constipation problem is resolved.
