You have 2 options: give it up for adoption or abortion.
if you go to a clinic like Planned Parenthood they can talk through your options with you. They have all the info needed for w/e it is you choose. I've added the link to them below.

I think its perfectly normal, im 19 weeks pregnant and was panicking because i hadnt felt the baby move yet, but about two nights ago it did move. I also heard that it can take up to 26 weeks until you feel your baby move, so dont panic yet.

No. You are more likely to get pregnant by having sex when you are ovulating. This usually is in the middle of your cycle, about 2 weeks after your period.

It really depends on you. If you are a more slender woman that yes, chances are you will be able to hear the baby's heart beat. I heard my second child's heartbeat at 8 weeks, and with my first at 6 weeks, both were my initial appointments with my doctor. But if you dont hear it until 16 weeks, dont worry, it is not uncommon. It does not mean the baby is not doing well.

well it is not healthy at all for oyur body to get pregnant so soon after having a baby, doctor's usually reccomend giving your self two years, while i am against advising abortion to anyone, i would speak to your doctor about your options.

Your baby could just be pushing up against there. It is agony! but if your really worried dont stress you or your baby. Call a hospital. Go see the doc.
Can you not know you are pregnant at 20 weeks?
I know of a couple of girls who did not know they were pregnant until they were in labour. So i guess you could be and not know. Although i dont understand how women could be pregnant and not know. You would think they would feel the baby move at some point.

pregnant? i dont know if this is what you mean, but if u dont know what it is you are probably a child. it is when two people [preferably a male and a female] get together and make a baby. when they make the baby, the woman is pregnant.

I am 15 weeks pregnant and from 10 weeks until about 13 weeks i bled quite heavily and it turned out to be a clot but baby is fine so dont worry too much. Always get checked out with any sort of bleeding or pain though. All the best and good luck with your pregnancy!!
