see a lawyer........state laws, private vs public property, and civil issues need to be addressed.......seeing a lawyer for a consultation should not cost anything. if so your lawyer is johnny cochran (who is dead) or of that caliper or two go see another lawyer.......

Hopefully he was arrested and the police report was done. It sounds like the other guy will have to pay all damages and your medical, hopefully he has insurance or you may have to take him to court for the money. If he has no assets, then your policy may have a deductable for non-insured drivers.
