it depends how old you are, if you are under 16 then you can take your 1st and 2nd star awards and if you are older then you are able to take 3rd star and coaching awards if that is the route you want to take, personaly i just like to paddle rivers and relax when im padling and take your time when doing the star awards, kayaking is fun!!!
