There is no sure way to do it with contraceptives but due to the hormones you add the Birth Control pill sometimes have that effect. They either make them bigger or just give you the size you are supposed to have sooner.

∙ 13y agoAll of the hormone analogs (norgestrel, levonorgestrel ethinyl estradiol, etc.) that we make our oral contraceptives with warn that exposure will cause breast development in males. For a man, any small change is alarming but the same degree of enlargement for most females would probably not be noticed.
