There isn't one specifically but there are a couple that play a role. The outer canal would obviously be the integumentary system. Within the middle ear are three bones which would involve the skeletal system as well as the semicircular canals within the temporal bone. Lastly, the nervous system which translates the conducted vibrations into the sounds that we hear.
Your answer would be the brain, as ears are connected directly to this organ, it allows us to understand/react to what is happening.
