What bright star is visible in Southwest Fl?

If it's towards the north and fairly low on the horizon around 3am, and rises upwards towards the east around dawn, then it is Venus.

If, it's low on the horizon around 9pm towards, SE, then it's Jupiter.

Although not as bright, around 1am Mars is visible in the eastern sky
