From 6-8 weeks into the pregnancy women start noticing the need to urinate more frequently. This happens because the volume of blood in the body increases dramatically, putting the kidneys through extra effort. As the uterus continues to grow and expand, this places more pressure on the bladder which can make you feel the need to pee even if your bladder is not full.

You need to drink plenty of fluid to keep hydrated during pregnancy. Don't think that reducing your fluid intake is the key to avoiding the bathroom frequently. Your best bet is avoiding diuretic fluids that can contribute to the sense of urgency you feel when you have to pee. These include caffeine products like tea, soda or coffee. You can try to drink most of your fluids during the day to reduce the number of trips you have to make to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

When using the bathroom, it can help to lean forward a bit to ensure you completely empty out your bladder. Many women find they have to pee again shortly after a visit to the bathroom simply because they were not able to empty their bladder fully. This is more common in the later stages of pregnancy.

Does frequent urination during pregnancy means miscarriage?

No not at all. Frequent urination is common during pregnancy. Frequent urination during pregnancy means the fetus/uterus is crowding your bladder or possibly even using it as a punching bag! All women experience increased urination during pregnancy. Another thing to consider with frequent urination is a bladder infection, or if the increased urinating is accompanied by extreme thirst, pregnancy induced diabetes. Talk to your doctor about any changes you notice. If a bladder infection goes unchecked, the infection can spread to the kidney's, the kidney infection - which causes frequent urinating, can also cause premature labor or miscarriage.

When your pregnant do you have to have frequent urination?

Yes. You can have frequent urination. I read an answer to this and the person said no because it is not until later in your trimester but the fact is...it is the hCG that is released increases the blood flow to your pelvic area (and thus that otherflow) and your kidneys, which become more efficient during pregnancy (after all, you're urinating for two). As they get better at their job, your body is going to rid itself of waste more quickly (a good thing, because baby's generating extra waste). Your uterus bears some responsibility, too, as it puts pressure on your bladder and gives it less room to store urine (in the first trimester, and again later on). Some say hCG is only released after implantation but some studies have shown some amounts are released sooner in early pregnancy...frequent urination can be an early symptom of pregnancy.

Are frequent urination sore nipples morning cramps missed period nausea with no vomiting and mild lower back pain signs of pregnancy?

Probably not pregnant. Pregnancy rarely happens after tubal. You might have a couple of different ailments that happened to come up at the same time. Your symptoms most likely aren't from being pregnant. You might have a bladder or urinary infection. That can cause frequent urination, cramps & lower back pain. These aren't symptoms of pregnancy. Missed period could be early menopause. Sore nipples are just something that happens once in a while.
