well, its really not the parents decision because its your baby and its right to keep the baby because that baby should have the chance to live. make your parents understand, compare how would they like it when their parents didn't allow them to have you, persuave them, but do it nicely, because you're trying to win them over not by arguing more. Well, now she must go to plan b. I guess she assumed she would live at home and that is not what her parents, anticipate. She and the boy must come up with a plan to go out on their own and earn a way to support the baby and take care of each others needs. If they both get jobs, they can work opposite hours so as not to have to pay a baby sitter. They can find a apartment or share a house with others, splitting all the costs, as roommates. what about the boys family, can they help with housing needs? Im sorry to say and yes I know these things happen but when doing something as mature as having sex you have to be ready to take on the responsibility of your actions. Im sure the girls parents wanted to see their daughters adult life start in a different manner then her being thrust into parenthood, its not easy and requires money and maturity, something 17 year olds dont have enough of, just yet, then they want everyone around them to come to their aid, that is not how it works. She can go on WIC, a program for mom while pregnant and baby after being born that supplies, free wellness checkup, limited and nutrious foods. Mom stays on until giving birth, baby for 5 years, there are food stamps and other housing help that can be had at the county services buildings and food banks through churches.
