Neosporin, is a nono. lastly, THE SUN. leave a colorful photograph on your dash for a couple days. see what happens to it. USE SUNSCREEN to protect your artwork, spf 50 is fine, not much difference between anything higher... TA DAAAA, hope that was helpful.

Tattoos are placed in the dermis. Scratches are much shallower, on the epidermis.
