What causes bad breath in babies?

the formula the you give them for milk. unless you breastfeed the breath should not smell but if you give baby milk formula it will probably smell. if you still want to know more phone the hospital and ask them or go to your local doctor

mouth breaatheing by the babes could lead to bad breath eventually the mouth will dry and the bacteria in their mouths will increase.

first make sure You wash/brush his/her teeth everyday and tell him it is important to do this until he/she catches on and learns to do it themselves(but always watch as not to let them go shoving tooth brushes down their throats). plus don't let them suck their fingers it cause dry ness and make their mouths an ideal place for bacteria to live and thrive. always wash their pacifiers after use because it could sour their breath and the dried spittle carries loads of bad-smelling bacteria which coul spread across the inside of their mouth and cause bad breath, always wash and clean the babys mouth and hands use a soft cloth to swab his mouth,prevent him from sucking on unwashed items as that could promote bad breath,discourage him/her from sucking their thumb as this can cause blisters and soreness on their thumb that is used for sucking. IF ALL THIS FAILS CONSULT A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, if you give your baby milk or another drink (excluding water) or feed you baby food , well lets face. You don't brush hers or his teeth. It's the same thing with us. Or it could just be morning breath. Another reason is that your baby might have puked or vomited (which ever one you prefer) and has bad breath because of that.
