AnswerDrinking to much water can get you bloated and possibly feeling a little like you have to throw up. You will also have to go to the bathroom often.

If you really overdo it, it could lead to death - you can dilute your body salt levels seriously enough to cause hyponatremia and possibly death.

Rapid intake of too much water floods the inside of cells when sodium is depleted. This sodium depletion, called hyponatremia, can rupture the cells, either from extra pressure on the cells from without, or from pressure within flooded cells. As cells rupture in various parts of the body, certain symptoms emerge, and usually quickly.

Our kidneys can process water 200L a day, and only 1.5 - 2 L that goes to the bladder as urine. At least we need 2 L of water a day to help our body function very well. And water also can be excreted as faeces, sweating, when we breathe out, water is important in water and sodium metabolism in the body. If you sweat or work out a lot, that shouldn't be the case, although we expire water vapour when we breathe out, but for average person that have sedentary life or low physical exercise, excessive drinking too much will not help you also, it is enough to drink recommended 2L water a day. When you drink too much water it may cause imbalance in water and sodium of your body, which may cause other consequences, further enquiries you should ask more to your doctor.

If you drink many gallons in short time, you can die. It happened recently in England.

Drinking too much water will overflow your cells with water, your body will stop functioning and you will die. Thats only if you drink a certian abount of water that corresponds to your weight.

Answer:

8 glasses a day (or more) is safe, just don't drink them all at the same time. More than one liter (quart) per hour over several hours, can be dangerous, since it dilutes essential minerals in the bloodstream (electrolytes). But if you spread it around over the course of the day (like 1-2 cups per hour), it won't hurt you.

What is the beautiful effect of the greenhouse effect?

The beautiful effect of the greenhouse effect is that it keeps us warm. The natural greenhouse effect is supported by the water and carbon cycles moving water and carbon in and out of the atmosphere, in balance. Without this natural effect the earth would be much colder, probably frozen, and we couldn't survive.
