I have recently been drinking "Greens To Go" the day after and it seems to make me feel alot better. It's a packet you add to a bottle of water with lots of vitamins/minerals, etc... You can only buy it at Sams or Costco, but I've got it on Amazon too.
I know this might sound kind of funny, but drink sumthing like Gatorade, Powerade, or Vitamin Water. Smoke more meth jk jk, really don't actually smoke sum weed, a bowl or a joint will do. But a blunt works as well. and then talk a shower and continue to hydrate urself. Also I for got if u can manage I can't most of the time but eat sum canned fruit like peachs or fruit cockail. That's usually the only stuff I can eat
