Autism is thought to be a result of genetic factors, although some environmental factors such as taking certain antidepressants during pregnancy has been linked with Autism we don't know for certain if this causes Autism. There is absolutely nothing wrong with having an autistic child, perhaps rather than trying to avoid having an Autistic child you should learn more about Autism and work on accepting Autistic people to reduce prejudice towards Autism.

A person cannot 'get' autism - it's not a disease that you aquire, you are born autistic. There is nothing that can be done to prevent someone from being born autistic, and no reason to try to prevent this either.

As of right now, it is not known how to prevent autism because the exact cause is unknown. Early Intervention once a diagnosis has been obtained is the best chance right now.

It cannot be acquired sexually. However, it can be inherited genetically. There are links to reelin gene mutations that also give rise to autism as well.
