Any substance with bleach will remove it like regular bleach, or Tilex,or other similar products. You might try AJAX or Comet that has a grit with some bleach. To get rid of the odor, use lemon/lime juice after use. Rinse thoroughly. If you have a soap pad wih soap in it this will work also. The mechaical scrubbing will get rid of the dye.

BUT: Using bleach and abrasive chemicals is very painful and harmful to your skin. You lose some pigment in your skin and your hands will burn for the next couple days. GoJo and Goop are industrial-strength hand cleaners that mechanics and other professionals with dirty hands use. I know they carry at least one brand at Home Depot, and many craft stores carry them too. I think you mean RIT dye. After scrubbing-off as much as possible with ordinary soap and water, make up a little oxy-bleach solution (sodium percarbonate or laundry bleach) in warm (not hot) water and apply the freshly-made solution to the stained area of skin, leave for about 20 seconds and then wash it off with plenty of wam water. This should remove the stain. Do not use chlorine-based bleaches which will cause far more damage to the skin.
