Can mother lose custody to father if child fails in school?

Yes. This has happened to my cousin.

Can father let child miss school without mothers permission?

It depends on the law where you live and your custody order. If the father has sole legal custody (as opposed to physical custody) he would be able to make that decision without input from the mother. If legal custody is joint or the mother has sole legal custody, no he could not.

Can a father that has joint custody with the mother sign a child up to a new school without the consent of the mothers?

no

In Mo what are your odds of losing child to father if you have moved many times due to income and you have joint legal custody and child is temporarily with his grandma to stay in same school district?

You wouldn't be losing the child. The best interest of the child is being met through the transfer of custody to the father. Anything is not placing the child's interests above yours. If you are having these problems, perhaps you should consider it, or the alternative. see link

Can a non custodial parent that has been absent for 6 years have the right to sign school contracts even though they have joint custody?

As a parent with joint custody, the school will allow them to sign anything related to their own child. If they have been absent from the child's life, contact your lawyer to make the necessary changes to your custody order.

Would the father of the child be able to go to South Carolina and sign out his daughter from school and take her to Georgia and get temporary custody?

You haven't provided any details about marital status and existing parental rights. If he doesn't presently have parental rights and custody- the answer is no. If the parents are unmarried the mother has sole custody until the father has established his paternity legally and petitioned the court for custody and won. The school should not allow the father to take the child. The principal should call the mother to notify her of the situation. The state where the child lives has jurisdiction over that child. If the father had no parental rights the mother should contact the police immediately. You haven't provided any details about marital status and existing parental rights. If he doesn't presently have parental rights and custody- the answer is no. If the mother has the custody and father has visitation rights does the mother have the right to deny father to call her daughter at appropriate time?

If you are a good mother I wouldn't DENY the father anything. I think you should set time limits as in do not call after8:30pm on school nights and 10-11pm on the weekends. I don't think it is fair to the child to deny the father the right to speak to his daughter. It will only hurt her in the end.

Can you move out of the school district if you have joint custody?

Not with joint physical custody.

If you are 17 and in the custody of your mother living in CA but your father in AZ has custody over you for every school break how old do you have to be for that to end how can you get out of it?

Age 18 or out of school. But, by doing so, you forfeit the benefits provided under Arizona law that extend beyond age 18 and high school. California cuts off at age 18.

Can a school help a parent get custody?

Reports, affidavits, evaluations and testimony from school officials are helpful evidence in a custody hearing. You should consult with an attorney who specializes in custody issues.
