What can we do to completely destroy Donald Trump's Presidential Campaign that it will never recover in time before Election Day?

There is no effective remedy to "destroy" Trump, but there are several things that Anti-Trumpers can do to improve the likelihood that he does not become the elected candidate in November 2016.

1) Negative Advertising: Studies have repeatedly shown that negative advertising has a much more pronounced effect than positive advertising. Especially in this case, where half the country believes Hillary Clinton to be a corrupt criminal, positive advertising is not going to have the effect of improving her resume. Donald Trump is a ripe candidate for negative advertising, between his mocking of disabled people, his comments about how Mexican Illegal immigrants are racist, his comments on several occasions about how he finds his daughter sexually attractive, his comments about having the US government file bankruptcy, his flip-flop on abortion, and numerous other issues. Given the vast resources of the Clinton campaign, it should be at the forefront of a negative advertisements barrage in all purple states.

2) Stop Political Correctness: One of the major gripes of a number of generally-Left individuals is the rise of political correctness. Political correctness is often used by leaders on the Left to stifle discussions using terms like "Islamophobe", "Racist", "Sexist", etc. This crops up in the link between the religion of Islam and the actions of Jihadism (as Islamophobia), in the link between the high violent crime rates in the Black community and their correspondingly high incarceration rates (as Racism against Blacks), in the link between Immigration and middle class unemployment (as Racism against Hispanics), in the link between the feminist movement and the rise of legal misandry (as Sexism against Women), on the issue of anthropogenic climate change (as Climate Deniers) and many other issues. It may be that politically incorrect people have the wrong view of the argument and are acting from a low-evidence position, but the response should be a valid debate on concepts and an explanation as to how the evidence does not fit their argument rather than slamming them with a label. A number of generally-Left people find themselves required to vote for Trump because he opposes political correctness even though they find Trump's other positions galling. These people are easily recoverable if only the Clinton campaign stood against political correctness.

3) Conservative Arguments: One key method of attack highlighted by Obama in his speech at the Democratic National Convention was to use traditional conservative arguments about how Americans share common values, such as liberty, national security, democracy, and a strong national identity. These arguments may make conservatives who are alienated by Trump's White Nationalist gambit willing to at least abandon Trump if not vote for Hillary.

4) Market Third Party Candidates to Conservatives: A vote for a third party candidate on the Right, like Gary Johnson, is effectively a vote that will not go to Donald Trump. Convincing conservatives who are unwilling to even consider the Left to vote for other parties will help prevent Trump's election.

5) Back to Work for Unskilled and Semi-Skilled Labor: Clinton needs to explain how she will take care of the large numbers of unskilled and semi-skilled laborers who made up the Middle Class, especially in the Rust Belt. These people are not interested in being trained for new high-tech jobs, but doing the kind of work that they had been doing for decades. One way to take care of these people would be to have a massive infrastructure renewal project that would re-employ these people for several years. Ignoring them or calling them "racist" because many of them happen to be White Men with colorful vocabularies, is detrimental to the Left and sending them into Trump's Arms.

It is unlikely that the public can do anything to "destroy" a Presidential nominee's campaign. However, voters can cast their vote for the person who is best, in the voter's opinion.
