Actually it depends but you can bring some liquids like perfume however it has to be 15ml or less. This is the same with any makeup products. If you have a baby you have the right to bring baby food and other objects you may require. You can bring water and sometimes milk and juices.

In the United Kingdom, the size of a hand luggage bag is 56cm x 45cm x 25cm (this includes handles, external pockets and wheels). You are allowed to bring laptops and other electrical items in your hand luggage but these will be screened separately.
