In some countries you might be able to get Codeine syrup OTC, however Codeine and Hydrocodone (vicodin) arent the same thing.

There really is not drug that can be bought over the counter that has the same euphoric and pain relieving effect of vicodin or Percocet. The closest thing to it is to drop the oxycodone or hydrocodone in Vicodin and Percocet and you have Tylenol.

Percocet is a schedule 2 narcotic. That means that you have to have a written prescription for each refill (it cannot be called in via telephone). Vicodin; however, is a Schedule 3 so refills can be called in by the doctor or nurse.

Some countries in Europe, Oceania and maybe Asia sell codeine otc. It's not as strong but, it is an opiate and will reduce pain better than those NSAIDs.

In the USA, nothing. The closest thing to OTC hydrocodone is alcohol (drinking, not rubbing.)

Vicodin comes in a variety of tablet forms. There are any number of OTC medications that, at a casual glance, might appear to be one or another of these.

The only reason I can think of for asking the question is that you want to keep your illegal vicodin stash in a bottle that makes it look as if it's actually Totallylegalone or something. Unfortunately for you (and fortunately for society), this won't fool cops for more than about half a second.
