What do north Koreans do for their leisure time?

Leisure time whoever you are (unless you're Kim Jong-Il) is tough, because:

• No music besides government songs and tradition stories
• No talking bad about... well, pretty much anyone

Generally, it depends who you are in North Korea:

If you're in a concentration camp (about 15 percent of the population), you're probably doing lots of work. That's all I can say.

It's pretty much the same for lower-class levels, except work is at your own pace.

For the higher-class people (who's families are in the government, etc) (mostly people who live in the capitol Pyongyang), there is school, there are a couple universities and things.

North Korea actually has a Baseball league, although there's like two channels on TVs, and only government officials get those.

North Korea has it's own internet which includes occasional news from Pyongyang.

Instruments are able to be learnt.

For government officials, it's pretty much the same except it also includes travelling to other parts of the country, and if you're lucky, some place in Russia.

If you're Kim Jong-il, you can do pretty much whatever you want.

(Did you know Pyongyang has a domestic airport, one of which connects to LAX? I find that very strange)

For many places in the world, there are travel programs in special tourist areas in North Korea. Otherwise, if not a North Korean citizen, not much.
