blink slower(haha)...or scan page with eyes n catch certain words n ur brain will automatically peice together what topic is saying.

Do what I did and take a speed reading course. Simple, short and effective. You'll learn the coding of reading and getting the idea of the story or statement you are reading. I don't suggest you use this method while signing any contracts and read carefully.
