well, if it's a guy, just say hi. start a conversation with him about something he is interested in, AND BE YOURSELF!!!! guys hate when you pretend to be something you're not. If it's a girl, all you can do, is be kind to her, and ask her what's wrong if she seems upset. She may act annoyed that you asked her, but she really loves it.
